Dear Uncle Sampat,
Wah! Wah!Wah!
Next time, Your food blog should start with,
"Log Mujhey Detey Hai Tana'
Ha Mey Hu Biwi Ka Dewana"

But if you really helped Mrs Sampat, then hats off to you.
If you didnot ,then it was  really a good  piece of imagination!
warm regards,

Hi Sampath.. a nice read indeed ...   remember the old saying: "The way to a woman's heart is through her stomach" ?
And how about a photograph of the pulav? That would indeed be the icing on the cake... or should I say the hara dhania on the pulav?

dear shuvashree,
I did not take it as discouragement...
let me tell you .worse than this has happenned.Once rice became a big lump....
All this keep happening in half measures or full measures whenever i cook.
i do not take anythng you say in the wrong sense.Nice of you to come back and clarify.Thanks.Do feel free to be just yourself.

Hi sampath,
Sorry for the discouragement, wasn't intentional and really the way you wrote the experience was so so vivid and I really enjoyed.....just pulling you leg about the anxiety attack bit. Infact I showed hubby your blog and told him never to try making pulav ever, to make anything else He was so encouraging and he said " isn't it a humour piece, relax do you honestly think ALL of that happened, its been dramatised for effect' However I don't know about that I found the write up so very real.
