Sampathji
Its wonderful to see you with your ill-health in such a light-hearted way. Heartelt and witty at the same time. And the watercolor is just fantastic. I wish  you a speedy recovery and continued happiness in your new beginning (minus the diverticulum)!

Regards

Sampath Sir
First of all I do hope you have recovered from your surgery completely. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

I liked the way you used humour to depict a real grave situation in a humans life. One would ideally be scared or apprehensive but you lightened the entire situation

Dear Sampath Sir,
I realy enjoyed reading this hosp-blog.
I loved the fact that you used your humour to get thru this situation but also that you made Shubra learn to have a sense of humour too...
That must be the teacher in you.....
Having been in hospitals I know we probably mostly check our humor at the door and just cant wait to get out....
Your story was a good example of how we can sooth a rough patch by our humor and the support of riends....
I am going to explore the rest of your blog too and write some more comments.
Thanks for such a lovely, witty and yet sadly realistic post....
Mili

Dear Sampathji,
First and foremost i wish you happy recovery...
2 years back i underwent an operation too.... the anaesthesia guy sent me to sleep after asking what is my girlfriends name..
Then when i woke i too felt like a modern scientific instrument with pipes as wires...

Hope you get perfect health soon...

best wishes,
aram
